What is KYC? And when should I provide it?

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a standard procedure to verify your account. 

It is requested prior your first withdrawal. 

You have to provide us: 

- A proof of identity (ID or Passport); 

- A proof of address (bank statement or utility bill).

* Documents have to be valid (not older than 3 months) and in good quality.
