My bet is not settled yet. What to do?

Bookmakers settle the bet within 24 hours.

If in this timeframe nothing changes, write an email at [e-mail] with the bet details: 

- Bet ID;

- The League;

- The Match;

- How it ended (score);

- How it had to end (score);

- An official source (link) where the final score is stated;

Our team will check the case and update you as soon as the bet is settled. 

* If 24 hours did not pass since the match ended - no action can be taken.
